Refund Policy
At House of Reset, we are committed to delivering high-quality, tailored services.
Due to the nature of our work, the following refund policy applies:
1. Deposits
• All deposits are non-refundable
• Deposits may be transferred to a future booking where sufficient notice is provided
2. Cancellations
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund
• Late cancellations may incur a fee
3. Completed Services
Once a service has been delivered, refunds are not provided.
If you have concerns, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can address them.
4. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind after a booking has been confirmed.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We may, at our discretion, offer rescheduling or partial credit in exceptional circumstances.
