Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by House of Reset (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to the following:
1. Services
House of Reset provides home and lifestyle management services, including but not limited to:
• Home organisation and resets
• Ongoing home maintenance support
• Lifestyle concierge services
• Household coordination and support
All services are tailored to each client and confirmed prior to delivery.
2. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed upon agreement of scope and receipt of any required deposit.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings based on availability or operational requirements.
3. Pricing
All pricing is provided based on the agreed scope of work.
Additional services or changes to scope may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and approved prior to proceeding.
4. Payments
Payments may be made via invoice or secure payment link.
• Deposits may be required to secure bookings
• Full payment is required prior to or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans may change.
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking at our discretion
6. Access & Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
• Ensure a safe working environment
• Inform us of any hazards or special requirements
We reserve the right to pause or reschedule services if conditions are unsafe.
7. Results & Expectations
While we aim to deliver high-quality outcomes, results may vary depending on:
• Condition of the home
• Level of clutter or organisation required
• Client participation and preferences
8. Liability
House of Reset will take reasonable care while delivering services.
However, we are not liable for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Items not disclosed or improperly stored
9. Changes to Services
We may adjust or modify services where necessary to ensure quality outcomes or operational efficiency.
10. Privacy
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
